shaped autumn leaf cards | pebbles inc.

Do you like to create shaped cards?  I do!  Here's my latest shaped card creation featuring the "woodland forest" collection from Pebbles Inc.:

I use my silhouette cameo to create my shaped cards.  It's easy to do with pretty much any shape.I put together a little tutorial for creating shaped cards - the full tutorial is HERE on the Pebbles, Inc. blog!

One tip I forgot to mention over there -- when you're setting up your card in the Silhouette software, be sure to double check the size.  If you want it to fit in a regular A2 envelope, be sure the long side of the card is 5 1/2" or less, and the short side needs to be 4 1/4" or less!

autumn gift trio | echo park paper co.

I always feel extra creative in the fall.  Maybe it's the thought of being all warm and cozy inside the house while the temperatures outside are falling.  Maybe it's all the inspiration around me - both in nature...and in the fun boutiques that are popping up everywhere.  Or perhaps it's the amazing new fall paper collections I get to work with!  This "Fall is in the Air" collection by Echo Park is one of my favorites, for sure!  Here's a look at the gift trio I created for their blog:

scrapbook surprise boxes for sale...

I’ve been cleaning and organizing in my scrapbook room again in preparation for holiday crafting and I’ve put together several “surprise boxes” (medium flat rate priority mail boxes) full of scrappy goodness! And, just like before, when I say full, I really mean full – there’s no room for peanuts or crumpled up shipping paper – these babies are packed tight – and they are HEAVY!

It’s a great time to purchase these surprise boxes – with the holidays right around the corner, you could use these products as gifts for others – or for yourself! ;)
If you are interested in purchasing a surprise box, please e-mail me (wendysueanderson@hotmail.com).
It’ll work just like before:
  • Boxes are all different and all random – they may include: patterned paper, cardstock, stickers, stamps, misc. embellishments! I am not going to take photos of all the product in each box (thus the term “surprise boxes”), but I promise there will be a lot more than $40 worth of product in each and every box. A lot more. Much of the product is brand new in it’s original packaging. Some things have been opened and I’ve used a portion (letter stickers, rub-ons, etc.). A few of the stamps might be stained, but a majority of them have never been used – regardless, they all work perfectly. :)
  • $40 per box (which will include flat rate USPS shipping) Unless you are local, of course, you won't have to pay shipping and we can arrange for you to pick up your box.
  • US Shipping only (sorry international friends – it just gets too complicated (and expensive) for these boxes)
  • I will accept payments by PayPal only
  • E-mail me if you’re interested…I will sell them on a first come, first served basis
  • The boxes are packed and taped and ready to go…so as soon as your payment hits my PayPal account, I’ll print your label and ship off your box!
Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions!
Thank you!

woodland forest birthday cards | pebbles inc.

It's not very often you come across a paper collection that is masculine enough for the guys in your life, but still cutesy enough for kids, and feminine enough for the gals!  Pebbles new Woodland Forest collection is that collection!  I used it to create these birthday cards:

Happy Birthday Card set with wrap for gifting by @wendysuea with the "Woodland Forest" collection from @PebblesInc.

In addition to the card set, I created a little slider to hold the cards - now the cards are a gift themselves!

echo park + imagine crafts blog hop

Hi everyone!  Welcome to this stop on the Echo Park Paper and Imagine Crafts Blog Hop!!  I was so excited to choose ink colors to coordinate with the "Magical Adventure" collection!

Don't you just love it when you can find ink colors that match paper colors perfectly??

I used the yellow ink to stamp the stars on the top of the label:

And I used the red ink to stamp the word "magic" in the bottom of the label - both before adding the "birthday" die cut:

I also used these three ink colors, along with these awesome letter stamps, to add the recipients name to the tag for the envelope:

Now, it's really really hard to tell in the photos, but I sprayed this amazing shimmer spray to the front of the card - I tried to get the light just right so you could see it:

Can you tell?  Trust me, it's all sparkly and fun...just not easy to photograph.

Now, be sure to leave a comment on this blog post, before hopping along to the next blog, for a chance to win this incredible prize package!

After you say hello, follow along to the next blog on the list - I'm sure you're going to find lots of inspiration as you go!  Good luck!
